This month, we celebrate Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month and Women's History Month where we share resources on Autism signs, screenings, and diagnosis. Specifically, we'll highlight some potential diagnostic differences for Autistic women, and ways to support. Our Public Policy resources provide information about the history of the DD Act as well. Did you know: Developmental disabilities are a group of conditions due to an impairment in physical, learning, language, or behavior areas that begin during the developmental period, which can affect certain areas of life and usually last throughout a person’s lifetime.
